Deposits

Deposit of $35 is REQUIRED to secure your booking. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and deducted from the full price of the package booked.

When booking the Sannin Package (WEDDING PACKAGE), a minimum of 50% PERCENT of your deposit must be paid in order to secure your booking.

AFROditeVisuals charge $5 a person for any additional people after one complimentary guest in a studio or outdoor session.

Payments

Acceptable methods of payments are cash, cash app, or zelle. You must pay the deposit to secure your booking and you must pay the remaining balance of the package ordered after the session is over. If you do not have your money you will not receive your images and will not have a chance to book with us in the future.

Cancel/Late fee/Overtime

If you wish to cancel your appointment after paying the deposit, it still is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you are 30 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged an additional $35 late fee and each additional 30 minutes you are late as well.

Wardrobe, Hair, Makeup and other controllable scenarios are inexcusable for exempt of late fees.

Weather and Family related scenarios are approved for exemption of late fees.

In the event you go over 30 minutes, a $35 overtime fee will be added to your invoice and each additional 30 minutes as well.

Rescheduling fee

Rescheduling a week prior to the shoot is a $35 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling 2-3 days before a shoot is a $50 rescheduling fee. Appointments are made for a reason and it keeps organization so please choose your appointments wisely. PLEASE book weeks prior to special events you want photos done in time for.

Weather and Family related scenarios are an exception.

Editing

All photos will get soft touched.

Each package will include 1-5 AFROditeVisuals Special Touched photos. How many you receive depends on the package booked or ordering special requests.

Editing time takes up to 7-14 days to ensure the best quality work.

Please request any special editing or projects ahead of appointment day and not the day of the shoot. A Photoshop Fee Required and will be asked for additional payment if not discussed prior to shoot within consultation stage.

Turn around fee is $75 and that is 1-3 days guaranteed.

Same day turn around is $100

NO OPTION FOR THE ENTIRE RAW GALLERY

Outdoor/Indoor

Different color backgrounds for inside shoots are considered locations. To add an additional background to any package, it is an additional $25 fee per background.

To add an additional outfit to any package, it is $25 per additional outfit. PLEASE inform me prior to the shoot so I can send the proper invoice/receipt.

Travel Fee

There is an additional $25 travel fee for any event 30 miles from Shreveport, LA and an additional $25 every 30 miles after that from where AFROditeVisuals is located.

There is an additional $15 travel fee if the event permits to travel from one location to another within the time frame of the package booked.

Mobile Studio Fee

In the event that you are not able to make it to me, no worries! With the Mobile Studio fee of $100 (indoor shoots only), I bring the entire studio to you!
